Frequently Asked Questions

How the feed is assembled, how listings are reviewed, and what happens to the data you send us.

How does the Live Radar feed work?
The radar pulls headlines directly in your browser from the public RSS feeds of major technology publications, vendor engineering blogs, and developer communities. Requests run in parallel and results are cached for 15 minutes. Nothing is stored on our servers, and if a source is slow or unavailable it is skipped rather than blocking the rest of the feed.
How do I submit my SaaS product?
Use the Submit Tool form. You provide the product name, website, category, pricing model, a short description, and a contact email. Submissions land in a private review queue and are checked by a human before anything is published.
How long does a submission review take?
Most submissions are reviewed within three to five working days. We contact you at the email address you supplied if we need clarification, and again once a decision is made.
Does it cost anything to be listed?
No. Directory listings are free and are selected on editorial merit. We do not accept payment for inclusion or for ranking position.
What do you do with the email address I submit?
It is used solely to contact you about your listing. It is stored in a private review queue that is not publicly accessible, is never published on the site, and is never sold or shared with third parties. Email us via the contact form to have your submission and contact details deleted.
How are the benchmarked tools chosen?
Tools are evaluated on practical utility, transparency of the pricing model, and availability of a developer API. The list is curated by hand and revised as the landscape shifts, so entries do change over time.
Can I request a correction or removal?
Yes. Use the contact form with the tool name and what needs changing. Corrections to factual errors are prioritised.
