1. Who is responsible
The controller of personal data processed through aisaasradar.com is Constantin Daniel Goane, self-employed (autonomo) established in the Canary Islands, Spain, NIF/NIE Y8060061R, Calle Adriatico 64, 38109 El Rosario, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, contact@aisaasradar.com. We process data under the GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection (LOPDGDD). We have not appointed a data protection officer because the law does not require one for our activities. Write to contact@aisaasradar.com for any privacy question.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions with legal or similar effects. We never sell it. Your email address is never published.
You do not have to give us data. Without an email we cannot send the newsletter, review a submission or reply to you.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for consent first.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or give it to you in a portable format. You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (for the newsletter: write to contact@aisaasradar.com, or use the unsubscribe link once emails are sent). Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing.
Write to contact@aisaasradar.com. We answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
You may complain to a data protection authority, in particular where you live or work. Ours is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos, AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
6. Security
Form data is stored on our hosting server in files that are not reachable from the web. Access to the review area is password protected. Connections to the site use HTTPS.
7. Children
The site is not aimed at children under 16. Do not submit data if you are under 16.
8. Newsletter status
No newsletter has been sent yet. Sign-ups are stored only on our IONOS server; no email service has your address. Before the first issue we will choose an email sending service, sign a data processing agreement with it, check where it stores data, add it to section 3, and update this policy. The first email will come from AI SaaS Radar, say why you are receiving it, and ask you to confirm your subscription with one click. If you do not confirm, we delete your address. Every issue will include a free unsubscribe link.
9. Changes
We will publish changes here with a new date. If a change affects how we use your email, we will tell newsletter subscribers by email.
