Terms of Sale
Effective: from the first sale, and not before 30 October 2026.
1. Who sells, to whom
1.1 Seller: Constantin Daniel Goane, self-employed (autonomo) established in the Canary Islands, Spain, NIE Y8060061R, Calle Adriatico 64, 38109 El Rosario, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, contact@aisaasradar.com ("we", "us"), operator of aisaasradar.com ("AI SaaS Radar").
1.2 We sell only to businesses: companies, self-employed people and other organisations buying for their trade or profession. By ordering you confirm that you buy for a business and that you may bind it. We do not sell to consumers. If we learn that a buyer is a consumer, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
1.3 These terms apply to every paid option listed in section 3. The Terms of Use and the Listing Policy also apply. If they conflict on payment, renewal or refunds, these terms prevail; on what we publish and how, the Listing Policy prevails.
2. How an order works
2.1 You order through a Stripe payment page linked from our pricing page. Payment is taken when you order.
2.2 Every paid option needs a listing accepted under the Listing Policy. If your product is not yet listed, we review it first. Paying never changes the criteria or the outcome of the review.
2.3 The contract starts when we confirm the order by email. If we refuse the listing or the order, we refund the full amount within 14 days.
2.4 Where a start date matters (Launch, Spotlight, GEO Pack), our confirmation gives the expected date. If you do not accept that date, reply within 3 days and we refund in full.
3. What you can buy
Prices are in euros, net of tax (section 9). The pricing page at the time of order shows the current prices and the AI assistants used in tests.

A newsletter sponsorship is not on sale.
3.3 Limits
3.3.1 Spotlight and Sponsored week: at most 2 Sponsored slots per category and 8 across the site at any time. If no slot is free, we tell you the first free date before taking payment, or refund in full. 3.3.2 Founding Member: closes when number 100 has been issued or on 31 January 2027, whichever comes first, and does not reopen. Numbers 001 to 054 were given free of charge to the 54 products approved on or before 5 October 2026. Products approved after that date receive no free number. New members receive numbers from 055 in the order of confirmed payment. A product that already holds a number keeps it and does not use up a new one. Numbers are never reissued, even if a member leaves. 3.3.3 Review times count working days and exclude weekends and public holidays in the Canary Islands. "48 hours" means two working days. They start when we have a complete submission and your payment.
4. What you do not buy
Payment never buys, and we never sell:

5. Our editorial rights
5.1 Under the Listing Policy we may refuse a listing or an order, edit or shorten your text, change your category or tags, add labels, and suspend or remove a listing. These rights apply to paid listings exactly as to free ones.
5.2 Sponsored review pages and Sponsored review articles are written by us. Before publication you can correct factual errors once, within 3 working days of our draft. We decide the final text and publish the test results as found, whether favourable or not.
5.3 You may ask us not to publish a Sponsored review page. We then do not publish it or show the GEO Pack badge. The price is not refunded once the test has been delivered.
5.4 If we move your listing to another category during a Spotlight or Sponsored week, the slot moves with it if a slot is free there; otherwise we refund the unused part.
6. GEO Pack and BrandGEO
6.1 The AI visibility tests in the GEO Pack, GEO snapshot and Spotlight snapshots are carried out by BrandGEO, a product owned and operated by the team behind AI SaaS Radar. We say this on the review page and wherever the test is mentioned.
6.2 Your contract is with the seller in section 1. We remain responsible for the work BrandGEO does.
6.3 The GEO Pack is sold only on AI SaaS Radar. Any separate BrandGEO subscription is a separate contract with BrandGEO and is not covered by these terms.
6.4 AI assistant answers change from day to day and depend on the prompt, location and account. A test records what we saw on the dates stated in the report, nothing more.
7. Details check
7.1 We confirm: who operates the product, working contact details, a published privacy policy, that the product is live and matches the listing, and the pricing model.
7.2 You pay for the check, not for a result. If the check fails, we show no badge and tell you why. You may fix the issue and ask for a recheck within 30 days at no extra cost.
7.3 The badge disappears 90 days after the last check unless rechecked.
8. Renewal and cancellation

8.1 We email a reminder at least 30 days before a yearly renewal.
8.2 The Founding Member price is locked while the subscription renews without a break and AI SaaS Radar runs the listing service. If we withdraw a Founding Member benefit, you may cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of the year.
8.3 We may change the Spotlight and add-on prices with 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from the next renewal after the notice ends; you may cancel before then.
8.4 We may end a subscription with 30 days' notice by email, refunding any unused prepaid time, or earlier under section 11.
9. Payment, invoices and tax
9.1 Payment by card or other methods offered on the Stripe payment page. Stripe Payments Europe, Limited processes the payment.
9.2 Prices are net. The seller is in the Canary Islands, outside the EU VAT area, so no Spanish IVA is charged. Tax depends on where your business is established:

9.3 You must give your correct business name, billing address and tax identification number at checkout and choose the payment page that matches where your business is established. If you do not, we may cancel and refund the order, or issue a corrected invoice.
9.4 We issue an invoice by email for every payment. Invoices meet Spanish invoicing rules (RD 1619/2012) and, from the date it applies, the VeriFactu system (RD 1007/2023).
10. No guarantee of results
We deliver the placements, labels, checks, tests and reports described in section 3. We do not promise any number of visitors, clicks, impressions, sign-ups or sales, any position in search engines, or that any AI assistant will mention or cite your product. Our reports state what our own counters and tests measured.
11. Suspension or removal of a paid listing
11.1 If we restrict, suspend or remove your listing, we send a statement of reasons and you can challenge it as set out in Listing Policy sections 14 to 16. A permanent removal comes with 30 days' notice, except in the cases listed in Listing Policy 16.1.
11.2 Refunds when a paid listing is suspended or removed:

11.3 Services already delivered (reviews, checks, tests, reports, published posts) are not refunded.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days. We bear the payment fees.
13. Your obligations
13.1 Keep the information about your product accurate, and tell us when it changes.
13.2 Hold the rights to the names, logos and images you send.
13.3 Use our badges on your own site only as allowed in Listing Policy 9.10, and never describe them with the words in Listing Policy 9.7.
14. Liability
14.1 Our total liability to you under these terms and for anything connected with a purchase is limited to EUR 100. This cap does not reduce any refund due under sections 11 and 12.
14.2 We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, or for any indirect loss.
14.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability the law does not allow to be limited.
14.4 We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of our host, Stripe or the AI assistants we test. Delivery dates move by the length of the delay; if the delay exceeds 30 days, either side may cancel the affected service with a pro-rata refund.
15. Personal data
We use your contact, order and invoice data to perform the contract and to meet tax and accounting duties, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to these terms
We email active subscribers at least 15 days before a change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a refund for unused prepaid time. One-off purchases stay under the terms in force when you ordered.
17. Law and courts
17.1 These terms are governed by Spanish law.
17.2 Disputes go to the courts competent for the seller's domicile in El Rosario, Tenerife, Spain.
17.3 Contact us first at contact@aisaasradar.com; most issues are resolved quickly.
