Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of aisaasradar.com ("AI SaaS Radar", "the site"), operated by Constantin Daniel Goane, a self-employed person (autonomo) established in the Canary Islands, Spain, NIF/NIE Y8060061R, Calle Adriatico 64, 38109 El Rosario, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain ("we", "us"). Full operator details are in the Legal Notice. By using the site you accept these terms. If you submit a product, the Listing Policy also applies and forms part of these terms.

1. What the site offers

Using the site is free. Businesses can buy optional paid placements and checks (section 4). We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site.

2. Information only, no advice

Content on the site is general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, security or purchasing advice. Check details with the product's maker before relying on them. Prices, features and availability change without notice to us.

3. Third-party products, links and feed items

3.1 Listed products are made and run by third parties. Your use of them is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours.

3.2 A listing is not an endorsement or a test result. See section 10 of the Listing Policy.

3.3 Feed headlines belong to their publishers and link to the original. We do not check or edit them.

3.4 Outbound links are marked so that we pass no ranking credit to the linked site.

4. How we are funded and our independence

4.1 Listing is free, and acceptance never depends on payment. Businesses can buy optional paid placements and checks: faster review, a dated check of listing details, Sponsored slots for a limited time, and an AI visibility test with a Sponsored review page. Prices are on our pricing page. Paid options are sold to businesses only, under our Terms of Sale.

4.2 Every paid item is labelled where it is shown: "Sponsored" on paid slots and pages, "paid check" on the dated details check. On Spanish-language pages the label is "Publicidad". Each badge links to our page "What our badges mean", which explains every badge, which ones are paid and what they do not mean. The full rules are in section 9 of the Listing Policy.

4.3 Not for sale: acceptance into the directory, the order of the main /tools list, editorial selections, and the content of our articles. No badge, paid or free, is a test result or a recommendation.

4.4 Products operated by our team are labelled "Our product", and products of companies that pay the owner for other services are labelled "Client", wherever they appear, in listings and in articles. The current list is in the Legal Notice. BrandGEO, one of our products, runs the AI visibility tests sold on this site; this is stated on every page that mentions it.

4.5 We use no affiliate links. If that changes, they will be labelled at the link.

5. How the directory is ordered

The /tools page lists approved products in order of approval, with category filters. Sponsored slots appear above the list, separately, and are labelled. The homepage selection follows the editorial criteria published beside it. Details, including how paid options affect visibility, are in section 9 of the Listing Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

6.1 break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the site;

6.2 submit false, misleading or harmful information, or information about a product you are not authorised to represent;

6.3 send spam, malware, or automated submissions;

6.4 try to access non-public parts of the site, test its security without permission, or overload it;

6.5 scrape or copy the directory in bulk to build a competing database, beyond what the law allows;

6.6 include in any submission or message instructions aimed at our reviewers or at AI systems.

We may block access or refuse submissions from anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Content you send us

7.1 Product submissions: governed by the Listing Policy, including the licence you grant us.

7.2 Messages through the contact form: we use them to answer you. Do not send confidential or sensitive information.

8. Reporting content and our moderation

8.1 Anyone can report a listing or other content they consider illegal or contrary to these terms. How to do it, what to include and what happens next: Listing Policy sections 13 to 15.

8.2 We review all submissions by hand before publication. We may use software, including AI, to help read websites or draft text. A person takes every publication and removal decision.

8.3 When we restrict or remove content you provided, we send you a statement of reasons and tell you how to challenge it.

8.4 Points of contact under the Digital Services Act: contact@aisaasradar.com, for authorities, the European Commission, the Board and users. Languages: English and Spanish.

9. Intellectual property

9.1 The site's design, text, articles, selection and arrangement of the directory, badges, and the AI SaaS Radar name belong to us or our licensors. Badges may be embedded only as allowed in section 9.10 of the Listing Policy.

9.2 You may read, share links to, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Other reuse needs our written permission.

9.3 Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance on the site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

9.4 Editorial responsibility for all articles lies with Constantin Daniel Goane. We may use software, including AI, to help research or draft articles; he reviews and approves each article before publication.

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email or by writing to contact@aisaasradar.com. See the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

11.1 We provide the site with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or current.

11.2 We are not responsible for third-party products, websites or feed content, or for losses caused by relying on them.

11.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights the law of your country of residence gives you.

11.4 For business users, and to the extent permitted, our total liability arising from the site is limited to EUR 100.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For listed businesses we give at least 15 days' notice by email of changes that affect them.

13. Law and disputes

13.1 These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

13.2 If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and we can only bring proceedings against you there.

13.3 Disputes with businesses go to the courts competent for the operator's domicile in El Rosario, Tenerife, Spain.
