Listing Policy
Effective: 30 October 2026. Published: 15 October 2026.
Applies to every product submitted to or listed on aisaasradar.com ("AI SaaS Radar", "we"), operated by Constantin Daniel Goane (see the Legal Notice).
This policy is part of our Terms of Use. By submitting a product you accept both on behalf of the business you represent.
1. Who can submit
1.1 The product's owner, an employee, or someone with written authority to act for the business.
1.2 You must be 18 or older and act for business purposes. Listings are for businesses, not consumers.
1.3 One person may submit several products. Each product is submitted once.
2. What we accept
We list a product only if all of the following hold:
| Clause | Criterion |
|---|---|
| 2.1 | It is live and publicly reachable at the URL you give, and the page matches your description. |
| 2.2 | It is software, an app, an online tool, an API or a developer resource. It does not have to use AI. |
| 2.3 | Products without an AI feature a user can see are labelled "No AI". |
| 2.4 | The operator is reachable by email or a contact form published on the product's site, under the product's brand or a company or person name. A product that processes photos of people, or data about children, must also name the company or person that operates it. |
| 2.5 | If it processes personal data, it publishes a privacy policy. |
| 2.6 | It is lawful to offer in the European Union. |
| 2.7 | The name, description and tags are accurate, in English, and free of claims you cannot back up. |
| 2.8 | It is not already listed. Duplicates are merged into one listing. |
Listing is free. Acceptance is an editorial decision and never depends on payment. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee a listing.
3. Products we do not list
| Clause | Not accepted |
|---|---|
| 3.1 | Anything illegal in the EU, or whose main use is illegal. |
| 3.2 | Sexually explicit or adult products, including products that prominently promote "NSFW", "uncensored", "spicy" or similar sexual generation, AI companions of a sexual nature, or "undress" tools. |
| 3.3 | Tools to create intimate imagery of real people, or deceptive deepfakes or face swaps of real people without their consent. |
| 3.4 | Resale, pooling or sharing of other services' accounts, subscriptions, credentials or API keys, or circumvention of a provider's regional, usage or pricing restrictions, unless you show written authorisation from that provider. Where price or wording gives reasonable grounds to suspect this, we may ask for evidence and suspend the listing until we receive it. |
| 3.5 | Gambling operators, betting tips, casinos and sweepstakes. Sports-data APIs may be listed under section 4. |
| 3.6 | AI practices prohibited by Article 5 of the EU AI Act, including social scoring, emotion recognition at work or in education, biometric categorisation to infer sensitive traits, and untargeted scraping of facial images. |
| 3.7 | Malware, spyware, stalkerware, credential harvesting, spam or fake-engagement tools. |
| 3.8 | Products whose main purpose is copyright or trademark infringement, including piracy readers and paywall bypass. |
| 3.9 | Weapons, drugs and other regulated goods. |
| 3.10 | Investment schemes, trading signals, and unlicensed financial, credit or insurance services. |
| 3.11 | Health products claiming to diagnose, treat or prevent disease, unless lawfully placed on the EU market for that purpose. |
| 3.12 | Hate, extremism, harassment or content targeting a protected group. |
| 3.13 | Products that impersonate another company, or whose name suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist. |
| 3.14 | Political advertising. |
4. Restricted categories, listed with conditions
| Clause | Category | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| 4.1 | Health, care and wellbeing | Listing states the intended user, that it does not replace professional judgement, and any regulatory status the operator claims. |
| 4.2 | Legal services and legal software | Listing states whether lawyers deliver the service, or that the provider is not a law firm. |
| 4.3 | Insurance and finance | Listing states the regions served. We do not rank or compare insurance or financial products. |
| 4.4 | Astrology, horoscopes, predictions | Listing presents results as entertainment or self-reflection. |
| 4.5 | Face, body or appearance analysis | Adults only, labelled "Adults only"; the operator must publish how photos are stored and deleted. |
| 4.6 | Sports-odds and betting data | Data only, no wagering; labelled "18+". |
| 4.7 | Products using a third-party model or brand name (for example GPT, Claude, Gemini, Seedance, Flux) | Allowed only to describe compatibility or the model used. The listing name must be the product's own brand, and we add "Not affiliated with [owner]" where the name could confuse. |
| 4.8 | Products for adults that are not sexual | Labelled "Adults only". |
5. What your submission may contain
5.1 Facts about your own product. No superlatives ("world's largest", "99% accurate") unless you give us the evidence.
5.2 No instructions or messages addressed to our reviewers, to AI systems, or to readers about how to treat the submission. Such text is deleted and may lead to refusal.
5.3 No affiliate or referral links. Plain links and UTM parameters are allowed.
5.4 No personal data of other people.
5.5 No third-party logos or images you do not have the right to use.
6. Your promises
By submitting you confirm that:
6.1 you are authorised to submit for the business;
6.2 the information is true, current and not misleading, and you will tell us when it changes;
6.3 the product complies with the law that applies to it, including data protection, consumer and AI rules;
6.4 you hold, or are licensed to use, the name, logo, text and images you send, and their use by us will not infringe anyone's rights;
6.5 you have disclosed any connection between you and AI SaaS Radar or its operator.
If a third party makes a claim against us because one of these promises was untrue, you will cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.
7. Licence to us
You grant Constantin Daniel Goane a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence, for as long as the listing is online and for a reasonable period after removal in archives and caches, to reproduce, display, translate, shorten and adapt your product name, logo, description, tags and screenshots on aisaasradar.com, in our newsletter, and in our social media posts about the directory. You keep all your rights.
8. Our editorial rights
8.1 We may edit, shorten, translate or rewrite any description; change category, pricing label or tags; and add labels such as "Founder-submitted", "Sponsored", "paid check", "No AI", "Adults only", "18+", "Not affiliated with [owner]", "Our product" or "Client".
8.2 We may merge duplicate listings, refuse a submission, or restrict or remove a listing, for any reason set out in this policy.
8.3 We have no obligation to list any product, keep it listed, or give it any position. No payment is owed by either side for listing, refusal, editing or removal.
8.4 We check submissions by hand. We may use software, including AI, to help us read websites or draft descriptions; a person makes every listing decision.
9. Ordering, paid options and badges
9.1 The /tools page shows approved listings in the order they were approved. Visitors can filter by category. Sponsored slots appear above the list, separately from it, and are labelled.
9.2 The homepage selection is chosen by our editors using the criteria published next to it.
9.3 What payment can and cannot do:
| Payment can buy | Payment cannot buy |
|---|---|
| Faster review (Founding Member, Launch and the Fast-track add-on). A listing reviewed sooner can go online sooner; the criteria are the same | Acceptance, or any exception to this policy |
| A dated check of the listing's details | A position inside the main /tools list, which stays in order of approval |
| A Sponsored slot for a limited time (Launch, Spotlight, GEO Pack) | A place in editorial selections, or what our articles say |
| An AI visibility test and a Sponsored review page (GEO Pack) | Removal of any label in this policy |
9.4 Products operated by the team behind AI SaaS Radar, and products of the owner's clients, are subject to the same criteria and ordering as every other listing and carry a visible label (section 11). No other different treatment applies. Competitors of our own products can buy every paid option on the same terms as anyone else.
9.5 Badges shown on listing cards:
| Badge | Plan | Paid | What it means | What it does not mean | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| On the Radar | Free listing | No | The listing was accepted under this policy | A test or a recommendation | While listed |
| Founder-submitted | Every listing, free or paid | n/a | The maker supplied the information; we reviewed it for accuracy | That we tested the product | Always |
| Founding Signal #001 to #054 | The 54 products approved on or before 5 October 2026 | No | One of the first 54 products in the directory. Numbers follow the order in which the listings were first approved and are never reissued | Rank, quality or a paid status | While listed |
| Founding Signal #055 to #100 | Founding Member | Yes | Paid annual membership. Numbers follow the order of confirmed payment and are never reissued | Rank or quality | While the membership renews |
| Details checked [month year] (paid check) | Founding Member, or the paid check add-on | Yes | On that date we confirmed the operator, contact details, privacy policy, that the product is live and as described, and the pricing model | A test, a recommendation or a verdict on quality | Disappears 90 days after the check unless rechecked |
| Sponsored · Liftoff | Launch | Yes | A paid launch slot | Editorial choice | 14 days |
| Sponsored launch, [month year] | Launch, after the slot ends | Yes | The product bought a launch slot in that month | Editorial choice; it has no effect on position | Permanent |
| Sponsored · Locked On: [category] | Spotlight | Yes | A paid slot at the top of one category | Editorial choice or rank | While paid, month by month |
| Sponsored · AI Visibility Report, [month year] | GEO Pack | Yes | The maker paid for a test of whether four AI assistants mention the product, and for a Sponsored review page. The test is run by BrandGEO (our product) | A pass mark, a ranking or a recommendation. The badge is issued whatever the result | Dated; stays on the card |
9.6 Limits: at most 2 Spotlight slots per category and 8 across the site. Founding Signal numbers 001 to 054 were given free of charge to the 54 products approved on or before 5 October 2026. Products approved after that date receive no free number; they can obtain one only through Founding Member. A product that holds a number and buys Founding Member keeps its number. Founding Member is closed when number 100 has been issued or on 31 January 2027, whichever comes first, and is not reopened.
9.7 Words we never use on anything paid: Best, Top, Pick, Award, Benchmarked, Recommended, Verified, Tested.
9.8 GEO Pack review pages carry the banner "Sponsored review" at the top, name the business that paid, state that the test was run by BrandGEO, which is owned and operated by the team behind AI SaaS Radar, and report what the test found.
9.9 Links on paid cards and paid pages are marked rel="sponsored". Links on free cards are marked rel="ugc nofollow".
9.10 Embeddable badges for your own site. You may show the badge for your plan, with the text we supply, unaltered and linked to our page "What our badges mean":
| Plan | Embed text | You may show it |
|---|---|---|
| Free | On the Radar, AI SaaS Radar | While listed |
| Founding Signal (free, #001 to #054) | Founding Signal #NNN, AI SaaS Radar | While listed |
| Founding Member | Founding Signal #NNN, AI SaaS Radar | While the membership renews |
| Launch | Launched on AI SaaS Radar, [month year] | Permanently |
| Spotlight | Locked On, AI SaaS Radar | While paid |
| GEO Pack | AI Visibility Report by AI SaaS Radar, [month year] | Permanently, with the date |
Remove an embed within 30 days after the right to show it ends. Do not describe our badges with the words in 9.7. Showing a badge is never a condition of a listing.
9.11 The public page "What our badges mean", linked from every badge, explains each badge, which ones are paid, the limits in 9.6 and the 90-day rule.
9.12 Prices are on our pricing page. Paid options are sold to businesses only, under our Terms of Sale.
10. No endorsement
A listing means the product met this policy when we reviewed it. A badge, paid or free, means only what section 9.5 says. Neither is a recommendation, a test result, a warranty or a guarantee of quality, safety, legality or price. We do not test listed products unless an article says so. Product names and logos belong to their owners. Listing does not imply any affiliation with us.
11. Our own connections to listed products
11.1 We disclose, on the listing and in any article that mentions it, (a) any product owned or operated by Constantin Daniel Goane or his team, or in which they hold an interest ("Our product"), and (b) any product whose operator pays the owner of AI SaaS Radar for other services ("Client").
11.2 Currently disclosed:
| Product | Label | Connection |
|---|---|---|
| Jobboard.ro | Our product | Operated by the team behind AI SaaS Radar |
| BrandGEO (getbrandgeo.com) | Our product | Owned and operated by the team behind AI SaaS Radar; runs the GEO Pack tests, which are sold only on AI SaaS Radar |
| Talentwelove | Our product | Operated by the team behind AI SaaS Radar |
| IfSocial Club | Client | The owner of AI SaaS Radar provides paid services to its operator |
11.3 Apart from the client relationships listed in 11.2, which are unrelated to the listing, and the paid options in section 9, which are labelled where they appear, we receive no payment or commission from listed products. We use no affiliate links. If that changes, they will be labelled at the link.
12. Changing or removing your own listing
Email contact@aisaasradar.com from an address at the product's domain, or from the address used to submit, with the listing URL and the change. We act on factual corrections within 10 working days and on removal requests within 5 working days.
13. Reporting a listing (notice and action)
Anyone can report a listing they believe is illegal or breaks this policy.
13.1 Send the report to contact@aisaasradar.com or through the contact form with the subject "Report a listing".
13.2 Include: the exact URL of the listing; why you believe it is illegal or breaks this policy (cite the law or clause if you can); your name and email; and a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete. Name and email are not required for reports about child sexual abuse material.
13.3 We confirm receipt by email, review the report with care, decide without undue delay, and tell you the outcome and how to challenge it.
13.4 Trademark and copyright owners can use the same route. Please show your right (registration number or proof of ownership).
13.5 If information suggests a crime threatening someone's life or safety, we inform the competent authorities.
13.6 We may stop processing reports from someone who repeatedly sends reports that are clearly unfounded, after a warning.
14. Statement of reasons
When we refuse a submission, or restrict, demote, suspend or remove a listing, we email the submitter, at the latest when the decision takes effect, a statement that includes:
| Element | Content |
|---|---|
| Decision | What we did and, if limited, how long for |
| Facts | What we found and where |
| Ground | The clause of this policy or the law relied on |
| Automation | Whether automated tools were used to detect or decide |
| Redress | How to ask us to review the decision, and the right to go to court or complain to the Digital Services Coordinator |
We do not send a statement where we have no contact details, or where the submission is spam.
15. Challenging a decision
15.1 Reply to the statement of reasons within 6 months, with any new facts or evidence. We review the decision again from scratch, by a different person where our team allows, and answer within 15 working days. If the review finds the decision was wrong, we restore the listing without delay.
15.2 You may also complain to the Digital Services Coordinator for Spain, the Comision Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC), or go to court.
16. Notice before removal
16.1 We give 30 days' notice by email before removing a listing for good, unless the law requires immediate action, the listing has repeatedly broken this policy, or it is illegal or harmful content.
16.2 We may restrict or hide a listing at once, with a statement of reasons, while the notice period runs.
17. Changes to this policy
We email listed businesses at least 15 days before a change takes effect, unless the law requires a faster change. You can ask for removal during that period.
